You may not trace, copy, or otherwise steal my artwork for any reason.

Any commercial use (stickers, prints, etc) of commissioned artwork must be approved prior to use.

You may not use my original lineart in new pieces. If you need the character recolored, please contact me.

You may not turn my original art into any innappropriate or nsfw art.

I reserve the right to revoke any commission order at any time if you break these terms. Revoked commissions may or may not be refunded.

You may not feed my original art to an ai machine of any type. Additionally, you may not turn my art into NFTs or otherwise capitalize off of my art.

I will not draw any inappropriate or nsfw art as a commission. Do not ask.

You may not resell my artwork and market it as "original" or your own.

You may not remove my watermark from any commissioned work.

I reserve the right to blacklist you for any reason or violation of these terms.

I also reserve the right to update these terms based on new experiences. All updates will be public and a notice will be posted.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.

You may not trace, recolor, or otherwise steal or copy any character I design. This does not include redesigning characters that you personally own.

You may not make copies or "sibling" characters of my designs to pass them off as new characters.

You may not draw or commission inappropriate or nsfw art of my designs. This rule may change once I am not a minor.

I reserve the right to blacklist you for any reason or violation of these terms.

I reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. Any updates will be public and a notice will be posted.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.

I will not be involved in disputes about co-owned characters.

Each of my designs may only have one toyhouse profile, with the exception of co-owned characters, who may have as many profiles as the number of people who own the character.

Each of my designs must be visible to me. This means keeping their status as "public," "logged in," or creating an access key that I may use to view the character.

You may not sell, trade, or otherwise give away designs of mine to any users on my blacklist. I do understand mistakes happen though, so this will probably not get you blacklisted unless you do it intentionally, knowing about my blacklist.

Payment for each commissioned piece will be after I send you a sketch (proof of concept) and will be paid in full, unless otherwise specified by me.

I offer payment plans for payments of $45 or more for premade adoptable designs, and at least 30% of the sale price must be paid upfront as a downpayment.

Each payment plan will be worked out with my approval on an individual basis. This may mean that no two plans are the same.

If you cancel out of a payment plan after a downpayment has been made, I reserve the right to keep said downpayment and resell the design.

You may not sell designs of mine for more than the original price + the commissioned worth (ex: $35 sale price + $15 commissioned worth = $50)

I reserve the right to charge more or less for any commissioned piece for any reason, although I will always give you a quote and explain the price so that you understand.
